At Keller Williams Legacy Group, we are committed to seeing our agents launch well into real estate, starting businesses that are equipped for sustained success. Because of this commitment, all new agents are enrolled in our coaching program to help ensure that they have the appropriate habits and knowledge base to help them succeed! While the program does charge a referral fee, we know that the value is there to help you launch well!


Welcome To Productivity Coaching!

My Commitment to you is to provide you with the tools and systems to help kick off, manage, organize, and brand your business in Real Estate.

● I will help you with goal planning and structure your daily, weekly and monthly activities to reach that goal.

● I will help you get into production faster which will help you to reach your goals and capping with a fast start plan.


Phase 1

Designed for new agents, transfer agents not in production, in need of training, and KW agents not in production and in need of training

Phase 1 participation involves:

  • Launching well with 30/60/90 plan

  • Quarterly Goal-Planning Utilizing KW Tools

  • Participation in weekly group mastermind to plan to dominate your week

  • Weekly training classes and workshops (variety of topics)

  • Shadowing on Listing and Buyer appointments

  • Opportunities for open houses to shadow and hold open

  • Training on Dotloop, MLS,Step by Step working with buyer and sellers, writing and negotiating offers

  • Mentoring through sales process of your transactions

  • Lead generating ideas, power hour, building your database, making a social media presence for yourself, building a business for referrals,

  • Coaching on nurturing your existing leads

  • Coaching on working with FSBO and Expired listings, farming areas ideas

  • Putting together 36 touch plan

  • Time blocking ideas, trackers for your daily tasks

  • Scripting and role play

  • Collaboration and accountability with other agents in same place as you, sharing ideas and success


Phase 2


For agents graduating Phase 1, transfer agents in production but want to take their business to the next level, KW agents wanting to take their business to the next level


Phase 2 participation involves:

  • Access to all elements of Phase 1

  • Weekly One-on-one with coach to discuss goals and weekly activities

  • Weekly power hour

  • Bi-weekly group mastermind

  • Mentoring on sales

  • Help develop lead generating ideas and put together action plan and time blocking

  • Has option to participate in Lead Referral Group (once certain milestones are met)

Our Agents in coaching are hitting their goals and capping their first year in Real Estate!
