There is not a staff person on site, you're welcome to utilize the office at any time. If you need to reserve the conference room, you can do that HERE.
Please make sure that all doors are locked and the lights are turned off upon leaving.

All associates have a mailbox located in the file cabinet beside the copier in the kitchen, unless you have a physical office in the Market Center. In this case, mail will be delivered directly to your office. Agent mailboxes are organized in alphabetical order. If you receive a package and it is not picked up within 30 days your package will be discarded.
Keller Williams Legacy Group Realty encourages the use of Supra Lockboxes on all listings. New Supra lockboxes can be purchased at your local board of REALTORS office. You may also purchase used Supra lockboxes from local agents and then have them programmed by the local board of REALTORS office.
Agents are responsible for their own listing input in the MLS and all status changes per MLS rules and guidelines.
Agents handle their own Escrow.
Commission checks will be processed within 2 business days of the Market Center receiving the check and all necessary documentation is complete (Command Opportunity and Compliance Complete and Submitted). These rules do not apply during month end transmittal, which are the 1st through 3rd business days of the month. Turnaround times may be longer during this time.
Listings must be entered into the MLS before paperwork is submitted to the office. Your listings will be uploaded to KWLS through ListHub from MLS Now.
There is a copier/printer available for your convenience. In order to print at the office, you may use the agent computers near the copier/printer. You will use the 4 digit code that is given to you in your welcome email. If you'd like to be set up to print from a laptop please contact Market Center Tech Trainer, Amanda Ritchie.
