Porch Integration for repair estimate reports
Porch is a company that creates a Repair Estimate Report pulled from details of your Client's inspection report to create cost estimates that KW Agents can use during the negotiation process. Watch this short video to learn how you can connect Porch from the KW Marketplace in your KW Command Settings menu. This video will also show you how to then access Porch from within the Opportunities submenu. You'll learn how to upload your inspection report and how to request permission from your Clients for Porch to use it to create the Repair Estimate Report. From there, you have the option of waiting 48 hours for the report or rushing it for $50 and a 24 hour wait time.
